GIRLS SUMMER DRAFT LEAGUE
Player nominations for our
2020 - TERM 1 GSDL
are now open!
Program starts Wednesday 5th February - 5pm draft games
The Girls Summer Draft League (GSDL) is for all players aged 11-21. We will run a 6 week GSDL in Term 1, before returning to our Open Youth Women's format for 2020 Winter Comps.
Players aged under 11 years will usually participate in Aussie Hoops, Miniball or Open Primary Competitions.
The purpose of the league is to give all girls an opportunity to play competitive games against opponents of similar skill/ability, have fun, make new friends and learn about the game of Basketball.
All players are drafted into teams based on their skill level rather than their age.
You can nominate and play with your friends.
Rep players will be drafted evenly across teams
Each team is appointed a volunteer team coach
Training is a 45-minute session that is held prior to their game each week on a shared court, run by your team coach.
Uniforms are provided
